Cuban Food & Drink / by Harry williams

The food in Havana was delicious.  Most meals were eaten out of people's homes called "paladars" , where you would find the best home cooked meals. I am more of a wine drinker but the rum in Cuba is ridiculous, three dollars for a 3 year aged rum,  7 year aged rum was around 5 dollars a bottle.  Meals for 2 with a couple mojitos usually would cost around 30 bucks.  Can't wait to try and make some of these dishes.
